Riders with disabilities are accommodated in compliance with the ADA and California law: service animals ride free, always; reasonably stowable mobility devices are transported at no additional charge; and drivers are required to provide reasonable assistance with boarding.
Digital access
Our apps and website are built toward WCAG conformance — screen-reader support, contrast, and keyboard navigation are part of the build standard, and we fix reported gaps.
