Subscription Terms

Terms governing NEXPLUS memberships and paid plans. These supplement the Terms of Service.

Effective date: June 23, 2026Version: 1.0NEXLEFT, INC.

1Plans & where they're sold

NEXPLUS membership plans provide ride benefits described at purchase (for example fee waivers, priority matching, cancellation forgiveness allowances, and plan-specific perks). Plan names, prices, billing intervals, and benefits are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase and are sourced directly from our billing system — the price you see at checkout is the price you are charged. The mobile apps display your membership status and link to the web portal; memberships are purchased on our website, not inside the apps.

2Consent to recurring billing

Before any subscription is created, you are shown the plan, price, billing interval, and these terms, and you must affirmatively check a consent box agreeing to recurring charges. We record that consent — including what you were shown and when — before checkout begins, and no subscription is created without it.

3Billing, renewal & price changes

Memberships are recurring and auto-renew each billing period until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method via Stripe. For annual plans, we will send a renewal reminder before your anniversary as required by law. We will provide advance notice of any price change before it takes effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law, and you may cancel before the change applies.

4Free trials & promotions

If a trial or promotional price is offered, the trial length, the price after the trial or promotional period, and the date charges begin are disclosed at sign-up. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5Upgrades, downgrades & interval changes

Upgrades take effect immediately: you are charged a prorated difference for the remainder of the current period and new benefits apply at once. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your current benefits until then and no partial-period refund is issued. Interval switches (for example monthly to annual) are scheduled at the end of the current period with no proration. A pending scheduled change can be canceled any time before it takes effect.

6Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel anytime in the web portal, using the same online method you used to subscribe; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep benefits until then. Except where required by law or under a stated guarantee, membership payments are non-refundable. Full refund handling is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7California automatic-renewal disclosures

For California subscribers, in accordance with the California Automatic Renewal Law: the automatic-renewal terms are presented clearly and conspicuously before checkout; your affirmative consent is captured and retained; an acknowledgment with the terms and cancellation instructions is provided after purchase; you can cancel online at any time through the web portal without additional steps; and annual-plan subscribers receive a renewal reminder before each anniversary.

8Family plans

On family plans, the account owner manages up to six members, the shared payment method, and any per-member ride limits, and is responsible for charges incurred by the household. Members must comply with the Rider Terms.

9Rewards

Loyalty points and savings accrue per program rules and have no cash value except as stated; points may expire or change per the program terms disclosed in-app.

10Changes, suspension & contact

We may modify or discontinue plans or these terms with notice; material changes to your plan will be notified before your next renewal. We may suspend benefits for non-payment or policy violations. Contact: support@nexleft.com · NEXLEFT, INC., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, US.
