An account, not a ride type
Your people ride; the company is billed. Nobody expenses a trip, nobody keeps receipts, and nobody needs a corporate card in their pocket to get to a meeting.
The account is free
No subscription, no seat fee, no setup cost and no minimum spend. You pay for the rides your people take and nothing else. That is a commercial position we intend to keep, not an introductory offer.
Only your people can use it
Business rates are not a public tier. They are visible and bookable only to the riders your organization has authorized, and a rider removed from the account loses access the moment you remove them.
Your driver is paid for waiting
On a corporate account, waiting at pickup is charged to the company after a 90-second grace period and paid to the driver — not absorbed by them. A client who runs ten minutes late is a cost the company carries, which is where it belongs. The charge is capped, and the cap is published in our corporate rate card.
The company pays, never the rider
Every ride is charged to the company’s payment method. Your employee’s own card is never touched, and someone with no payment method on file can still travel.
Every ride is accounted for
Each trip carries the person who took it, the cost centre it belongs to and the reason it was taken, recorded when the ride is booked and never altered afterwards. Reconciliation is reading a record, not reconstructing one.
