NOVA is our voice assistant: multilingual, intent-driven, and strictly read-only — it answers about rides, fares, and account status through live platform lookups, and never dispatches on its own. Gateway adapters connect Siri, Alexa, Google, and Bixby.
Applied intelligence
Language identification and translation run self-hosted. Risk scoring in identity verification is fully explainable — 0–100 with reasons, never a black box. Dispatch scoring, VMT analytics, and payment reconciliation run on infrastructure we own end to end. AETHEREA, our reasoning engine for NOVA, is on the roadmap.
