How fares work
Fares combine a distance rate, a time rate, and disclosed fees. On NEXGO, the standard tier: $0.80 per mile and $0.16 per minute, a $3.55 service fee, a $0.50 California rider fee, and the CA Driver Benefits Fee ($0.50–$2.00) that funds driver benefits — ring-fenced, never platform revenue. Minimum fare $6.50. Dynamic pricing, when active, is capped at 4×.
Tiers
Premium tiers (NEXEXEC, NEXELITE, NEXBLACK), focused services (NEXSHE, NEXCARE), group and value options (NEXPOOL, NEXFLEX, NEXGREEN), and large-capacity NEXMAX each carry their own published rates, shown in-app before booking. NEXPET adds a flat $3.00 for pet-friendly matching. NEXFLEX Priority adds a flat $5.00 for front-of-queue dispatch; NEXFLEX Save runs below NEXGO when you can wait.
